How we collect, use, and protect information in our apps and games.

Last Updated: Jul 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Pixit Labs Private Limited ("Pixit Labs", "we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with the mobile applications and games we develop and publish (the "Services"). It explains what information is collected when you play our games, why it is collected, who receives it, and the choices available to you. By downloading or using our Services, you accept the practices described here and in our Terms of Service.

Our games are free to play and supported by advertising. They do not ask you to register, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that directly identifies you. The information described in this policy is technical, device-level data collected automatically by our apps and by the third-party software components (SDKs) built into them. This data is pseudonymous — it is linked to identifiers such as your device's advertising ID rather than to you as a named person, and we have no way of connecting it to your real-world identity.

Information Collected Through Our Apps

When you play one of our games, the following kinds of information may be collected automatically:

Separately, if you email us for support, we will receive whatever you choose to include in your message (typically your email address and a description of the problem). We use it only to reply to you and resolve your issue.

Why This Information Is Collected

This data serves a small number of purposes: keeping our games running and fixing crashes and bugs; understanding which parts of our games players enjoy so we can improve them; showing the advertisements that allow us to offer our games for free, and measuring how those ads perform; and detecting fraud, abuse, or security problems. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify any device or person may also be used for internal research and reporting.

Analytics and Advertising Partners

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes. The data described above is collected and processed by a small set of third-party SDKs embedded in our apps. Each of these partners handles data under its own privacy policy:

Beyond these partners, information would only ever leave our hands in three situations: if the law requires us to disclose it; if it is needed to protect the rights or safety of Pixit Labs Private Limited or our players; or if Pixit Labs Private Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the data would transfer with the business.

Your Choices and Controls

Because the data our apps collect is keyed to your device's advertising ID, your device settings give you direct, effective control over it:

Google, Meta, Unity, and Chartboost each also provide their own opt-out and data-control tools, linked from their privacy policies above.

Requesting Deletion of Your Data

You are welcome to ask us to delete data associated with your device by writing to support@pixitlabs.com. Please understand what this looks like in practice for an app with no accounts: because we never collect your name or email through our games, we cannot search for "your" data by your identity — the analytics and advertising data we and our partners hold is filed under device identifiers only. This means:

How Long Data Is Kept

Analytics data collected through our apps is subject to the retention limits we configure with our analytics provider, after which it is automatically deleted or reduced to aggregate form. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue. We do not maintain our own servers of user data beyond this.

Security

The limited data our apps handle is transmitted and stored using the commercially standard protections built into the platforms and SDKs we rely on. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Children Under 13

This policy covers our general-audience games, which are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly. Our titles made for children are governed by a separate Kids Privacy Policy.

California Residents

California law asks us to describe our practices in its categories: the data we collect falls under identifiers (IP address, advertising ID), internet activity (in-game interactions), and coarse geolocation. We have not sold personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under California law.

California residents may exercise their rights to know and to delete by emailing support@pixitlabs.com. Note that because our games collect no direct identifiers, we can generally act only on device-level identifiers you provide, as explained in the deletion section above; where a request cannot be verifiably linked to any data we hold, California law permits us to tell you so instead of guessing. We respond to verified requests within 45 days (or up to 90 with notice), and we will never treat you differently for exercising your rights. Our apps do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Links Outside Our Apps

Our games and this site may link out to third-party pages. Once you leave our Services, this policy no longer applies, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Updates to This Policy

When our practices change, we will revise this page and update the date shown below. Changes take effect when posted, so please check back from time to time.
