🧸 Privacy Policy (Kids)

How we protect your child’s privacy in our kids’ apps and games.

Last Updated: Jul 18, 2026

This is the privacy policy for kids’ mobile applications & games developed and owned by Pixit Labs Private Limited (“Pixit Labs”, “we”, or “us”). This privacy policy is created to show our commitment towards safeguarding your kids’ privacy. Your privacy is very important to us.

Personal Information

We do not ask for or collect any directly identifying information — such as name, email address, phone number, postal address, or precise location — anywhere in our kids’ apps and games.

Like most mobile apps, our apps handle a limited amount of device-level technical data, described in the Advertising and Analytics sections below. Under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), certain persistent identifiers count as personal information. We collect such identifiers only to support the internal operations of our apps — analytics, crash reporting, and, on platforms where our apps show ads, serving contextual (non-personalized) ads — and for no other purpose. Our analytics and advertising tools are configured with COPPA compliance settings so that no data is used for behavioral advertising, profiling, or contacting any child.

Advertising

Whether our kids’ apps show advertisements depends on the platform:

Wherever ads appear, we ensure that only age-appropriate, COPPA-compliant (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) ads are shown. These platforms are configured for child-directed treatment, meaning they serve only contextual, non-personalized ads: no behavioral profiles are built and no data collected from children is used for ad targeting. Separately, we may show links to our own apps and games for the purpose of cross-promotion within our apps.

Analytics

We use Firebase services (including Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) to help us understand how users interact with our app and to improve its performance and user experience over time.

Firebase may collect non-personal information such as:

This data is aggregated and anonymized, and is used solely to:

We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or precise location data through Firebase. Additionally, we do not use Firebase services to serve or target personalized advertisements in compliance with children’s privacy regulations such as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Firebase may use device-level identifiers for analytics purposes. In our kids’ apps, Firebase is configured with its COPPA compliance settings for child-directed apps: collection of the advertising identifier is disabled, and the remaining device-level identifiers are used only for aggregate analytics and crash reporting — never linked to any personally identifiable information and never used for personalization. You can learn more about how Firebase handles data by reviewing the Firebase Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell data, and we do not share data with any third party for its own marketing or tracking purposes. On platforms where our apps show ads, our advertising partners receive only the technical information necessary to deliver contextual, non-personalized ads — such as IP address and device type, used for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention — under child-directed settings. On Apple platforms, no data is shared with advertising partners, because the apps contain no ads. The limited analytics data collected via Firebase is used solely to improve app performance and is governed by Google’s privacy practices.

Children’s Privacy

As creators of kids’ apps and games, we adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Your child’s privacy is very important to us. We do not ask for or collect any child-specific data such as name, age, or school anywhere in our apps. Any advertising in these apps is strictly contextual and non-personalized, as described in the Advertising section above — and on Apple platforms our kids’ apps contain no ads at all. The apps contain no outbound third-party links such as social media pages.

Parental Rights

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to review the information collected in connection with your child’s use of our apps, to request that it be deleted, and to refuse to permit any further collection or use. Because our apps collect no names or contact details, the only data associated with your child’s use is device-level analytics data; on request, we will delete the analytics data associated with your device and confirm to you once this has been done. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@pixitlabs.com. We will never condition a child’s use of our apps on providing more information than is reasonably necessary.

Updates to the Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to amend, modify, vary or update this Privacy Notice, at Our sole discretion from time to time, as and when the need arises without any other notification. The most recently published Privacy Notice shall prevail over any of its previous versions. You are encouraged to check this Privacy Notice from time to time to stay informed of any changes. Should the changes affect processing activities performed on the basis of the User’s consent, we shall collect new consent from the User, where required.
